Privacy Policy

Applies to the Zenone sites we operate directly, including www.zenone.org, steve.zenone.org, wendy.zenone.org and other Zenone microsites that link to this policy. We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. These sites don't use advertising trackers or cross-site profiling.
This explains what information the Zenone sites handle and why. Publications, music services and other platforms run by someone else follow their own privacy practices, not this one.
What is collected
Browsing: we do not ask for identifying information simply to read these sites. Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP address, browser and request details, and timestamps, in order to deliver and protect the sites.
Consulting inquiries: the consulting form on steve.zenone.org collects only a name, a work email address, an optional organization, and the description of what you are trying to solve. Nothing else is requested.
Theme preference: your Dark, System, or Light choice may be saved locally in your own browser. This is functional preference storage, not advertising or tracking, and it is not sent to us.
NORTH SMS: Steve's own mobile number is used solely to deliver NORTH trading alerts to Steve. No one else is messaged.
How information is used
- To read and respond to consulting or contact inquiries.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the sites.
- To remember your theme preference in your browser.
- To deliver NORTH alerts to the system owner.
Information is not used for marketing lists, behavioral advertising, or profiling.
Service providers
Airtable may store consulting inquiry records in a private workspace when the inquiry form is connected to it. Twilio acts as the transmission service for NORTH SMS alerts. Hosting and infrastructure providers process the technical data needed to serve and secure the sites.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep appropriate business records, and resolve anything related, then deleted or reduced when it is no longer needed.
Your theme preference stays in your own browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.
External links
These sites link out to external services and publications. Those destinations are operated by others and are governed by their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can write to info@zenone.org about access, correction, or deletion of information you intentionally submitted, subject to reasonable recordkeeping needs.
You can clear or reset your browser storage at any time to remove the saved theme preference.
Children
These sites are not designed to collect personal information from children. Please do not send sensitive information through the consulting form.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the sites change. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
NORTH SMS privacy
This section applies to SMS notifications sent through the NORTH trading alert system operated by Steve Zenone. SMS messages are sent exclusively to the system owner on his personal mobile device. No messages are sent to third parties. The owner's phone number is used solely to deliver trading alert notifications and is not shared with any third party. Message delivery is handled by Twilio as a transmission service only.
